Terms and Conditions

This Agreement is made by and between the company known as Photosforartists and You, Your agents and anyone acting on behalf of You.

This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of Your contract with Photosforartists. This Agreement constitutes a complete agreement between You and as Photosforartists. By viewing or downloading the digital products published on any website by Photosforartists, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement.

You agree that Photosforartists holds all rights, title and interest in all digital products published on this site, and provided to You, unless otherwise indicated. You acknowledge that no title or interest in such Intellectual Property Rights is being transferred to You, and You agree to make no claim of interest in any such digital product.

You understand and agree that all digital products covered by this Agreement are protected by the various copyright, patent, trademark, service mark and trade secret laws of the United Kingdom and worldwide, as well as any other applicable proprietary rights and laws, and that Photosforartists expressly reserves its rights in and to all such content and materials.

You understand and agree that You are prohibited from using, in any manner whatsoever, any of the content or digital products described above without the express written permission of Photosforartists, except for the purpose as use for reference or subject material to assist in the creation of any painting or drawing or other original non digital image and that under no circumstance can any digital product covered by this agreement be altered in any way, whether digitally, electronically or otherwise, to be sold or published in any form whatsoever, whether digitally, electronically or otherwise. To clarify this further, You may publish, sell or otherwise display any painting, drawing or other work of art that is a representation of a photo published on this site so long as it is completely original and is in no way a digitally or electronically formed or altered copy of a photo published on this site.

No license or right under any copyright, patent, trademark, service mark or other proprietary right or license is granted to You or conferred upon You by this Agreement or otherwise.

You agree that this Agreement between You and Photosforartists constitutes the complete and only Agreement between You and Photosforartists with regard to the purchase, download and use of any digital product supplied by Photosforartists to You or anyone acting on Your behalf.

Any failure by Photosforartists to enforce any of the provisions within this Agreement against You or anyone acting on Your behalf shall not be construed to be a waiver of the right of Photosforartists thereafter to enforce such provisions.
